Housing Solutions did a wonderful job. We had a load bearing wall to remove & a crawl space to improve. Sean & Davey were professional as I worked from home and were always receptive to my questions about status. Steve kept me up to date and even ensured most of the interior work was done in time for the holidays! I couldn't recommend Housing Solutions more.

We loved our experience with Housing Solutions! Ryan is a professional with high standards and worked seamlessly with multiple trades to get the job done. Morgan was an outstanding project manager with excellent communication skills, beautiful mastery of carpentry, and did above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Morgan let us know if there were any delays on the horizon and kept in constant contact to work with our schedules. Tommy was an experienced professional and treated our family and our property like his own. Jeremy was one of the jolliest people I've ever met - he wore a smile that never seemed to fade and loved to work on flooring. Andy was an amazing tile expert with attention to detail. Don worked hard to replumb the entire home singlehandedly! Heather was the heart of this operation providing a keen eye and guiding us through selections of materials, fixtures, paints, and provided support and guidance every step of the way. Heather worked tirelessly to go to multiple manufacturers to blend our styles in an artistic and professional way! Flacco was such a professional painter with a steady hand! Everyone worked together as a professional team to make our house safe and beautiful! We are grateful to have our home replumbed, the walls closed back up and painted, and the entire master bathroom a safe and luxurious retreat! We will be customers for life! We used housing solutions to put a covered front porch addition on our house and we would 100% use them again. They were thorough, responsive, and helpful. The workers they had at our house were super friendly and thoughtful, especially John and David, two of the main carpenters. Our neighbors talked to us about how great they were after literally the first week. They picked things up from one day to the next so our kid wouldn't get into it, watched out for our geriatric dog, and generally did a lot of things they didn't necessarily have to do that made the process easier for us. They took pride in their work and seemed happy to take the time each day we saw them to tell us where they were and what was next. The project manager (Steve) helped us work through decisions and came out to our house several times to "catch things" we had questions about and missed as things took shape. They (& Ryan) worked with us on the budget and things felt like they moved along once we were able to get started -- no lag -- even though we uncovered an enormous boulder that required another visit from the landscaper/drainage guy. We did a lot of projects ourselves at our old house and it was nice having someone who cared as much as we would have, but without having to do anything or feel like we had to micromanage. They got it.

Housing Solutions did an excellent job on my screened in porch. Steve came out and gave me a fair estimate and helped me plan a design within my budget. Ultimately, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the team that did the job. A huge thank you to all who worked on my project but especially Sean, David, and Jeremy. They all worked hard, took pride in their work, and went above and beyond to make me feel like I got a quality build. I definitely recommend Housing Solutions and would use them again in the future!

Ryan and the Housing Solutions team helped us renovate our third floor attic space, replace a deck, and repair some plumbing. They were courteous, professional and very helpful. The quality of their work is great and their price was very reasonable in comparison to other local builders. I will definitely use them again.

The team at Housing Solutions was wonderful. Living through a kitchen remodel is never easy but they made it a smooth as possible. We could not be happier with the results. We had a complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, floors, counter and back splash. We also had the floors refinished and other rooms adjacent to the kitchen painted. Everyone that worked on the kitchen was professional and friendly and even made friends with our dogs! Slade even made a suggestion for changing out our can lights that we ended up absolutely loving. We would 100% recommend them!

Housing Solutions, Ryan and his team, were fantastic to work with. They came in to fix a previous failed job from another contractor and I couldn't be happier with the work that Ryan and his team provided. They did a full shower remodel, painting, and kitchen cabinet install and painting. The team was on-time, within budget, and communicated well throughout the entire job. I have multiple home projects planned for the future and will be using Housing Solutions again.

My husband and I recently converted a laundry room into what we call a "spa" because we added a soaking tub and stacked the washer/dryer in a closet. Ryan and his team took on this project with great enthusiasm and made many very helpful suggestions as to how we could maximize space in what is a small footprint. Ryan's staff and all of the sub-contractors were total pros and pleasant to work with. They were fast, accurate, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The most striking thing about this project was the seamless communication between us (the client) and Ryan and his workers. The coordination of what needed to happen, and in what order, was handled beautifully. The entire job was done on time and on budget. We would highly recommend them for any home projects you may have. two big thumbs up for Home Improvement!
