This was a full-scale remodel that went far beyond aesthetics. While the home had solid bones, it was stuck in the past with a layout and detailed features that no longer fit into our clients life. We reimagined the entire space, transforming it into a sleek, functional, and modern home, inside and out.
Major Structural Updates & Open Layout
In order to make the home flow and feel natural, we made big structural changes to open up the layout. We removed the walls between the sunken area, new addition, kitchen, and living room, creating more space and cohesiveness throughout the home. We also updated the stairs from the living room to the den, and even added a stylish new wet bar, perfect for entertaining. From top to bottom, every room was touched — with upgrades that enhance the clients ease and elegance to everyday life.
Full Interior Revamp
We replaced or upgraded nearly every surface in the home to bring it up to date both aesthetically and functionally. All the flooring was removed and replaced, including new tile in both bathrooms. Popcorn ceilings throughout the house were eliminated, giving each room a clean, modern finish. Outdated features such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, floor registers, and the water heater were replaced with modern, upgraded models. We also replaced all interior and exterior doors, windows, and the garage door to improve both style and performance. The fireplace and built-ins were fully redesigned and custom-painted to match the bold navy cabinetry in the new wet bar. We also added new stairs off the primary bedroom’s sliding door to improve outdoor access. Each update was thoughtfully planned, creating a cohesive, modern look that enhances the home’s comfort, flow, and functionality.
Bathrooms Reimagined
The bathrooms were fully gutted and remodeled with new layouts, finishes, and tile. These spaces are now a calming retreat — sleek, modern, and fully aligned with the homeowner’s lifestyle and aesthetic.
Exterior Enhancements
We didn’t stop at the interior. The existing siding was pressure-washed for a fresh, clean look, and the brick exterior was whitewashed to add contrast and timeless appeal. To complete the exterior transformation, we replaced all exterior doors and window shutters.
