We recently completed the renovation of a second floor master bathroom in Chapel Hill. The home was built in 2003 and the homeowners wished to upgrade the bathroom with a modern aesthetic and new fixtures. As the clients planned to reside in the house during the remodeling process, careful considerations and strategic solutions were imperative for a seamless and comfortable experience.

At Housing Solutions, we recently had the privilege of renovating a home through a referral from a local custom home builder. The homeowners were eager to commence the renovation immediately after the sale was finalized, and we wasted no time in bringing their vision to life. Collaborating with the previous homeowner, who was patiently awaiting the completion of their new build, we dove into the project, commencing renovations on the first floor.

At Housing Solutions, we recently had the opportunity to tackle an extensive whole-house renovation, transforming a residence into a modern and functional haven for its homeowners. This project encompassed a wide range of improvements, from the kitchen and bathrooms to a meticulous sunroom addition.

At Housing Solutions, we recently embarked on a renovation project with a client facing the aftermath of a water leak that wreaked havoc in their residence. The master bathroom, ceiling, master closet, and powder room were all damaged from the leak, leaving half the home in demo-mode for six months. This led to an opportunity for a complete renovation, and we were up for the challenge.

The house is just stunning with many custom features, like the gorgeous metal stair railing, beautiful Kraftmaid cabinets throughout the new kitchen and bathrooms, the transformed exterior in the front and back, and interior finishes galore. Everyone loves a new kitchen or master bathroom, but sometimes the biggest impact on the enjoyment in a home can be felt by updating secondary rooms like the powder room, laundry room and mudroom. That was certainly the case with this remodel project that transformed this home into a more functional, beautiful space with loads of storage and style.

This complete bathroom remodel project in Durham updated an outdated bathroom into a modern oasis with a navy vanity and coordinating blue tiles in the shower. We started by demoing the existing bathroom and disposal of all debris. While we are working in a home we aim to maintain a clean work area at all times. We know it is easy for dust and dirt to migrate from one area to the other so we prepped and protected all the floors in the house.

Housing Solutions, Inc. was pleased to complete this Hillsborough addition with existing kitchen remodel, located in the town’s historic district. We assisted the homeowners with navigating the approval process required by the Hillsborough Historic Commission, whose role is to identify, protect and preserve the architecture of the district. Specifically, we provided information on the design and materials to be used, submitted the application, attended commission meeting to present the project and answered questions by the commission in November 2022. We know this process can be overwhelming to homeowners so we were happy to help out! The project included an addition, opening up and renovating the kitchen area, and building a 12 x 20 deck.

Our bathroom remodelers replaced everything but the sheetrock in our latest primary bathroom renovation in Durham, but the most noteworthy change was the tub. Many homeowners lose valuable space to an oversized garden tub. These homeowners enjoyed the size of their oversized garden tub but wanted the look and additional space provided by a freestanding tub.
