HILLSBOROUGH, NC – Ryan Holden, general contractor, and owner of Housing Solutions, Inc. was named one of the nation’s top Forty Under 40 home remodeling professionals by “ProRemodeler Magazine” Friday, February 17th. The publication showcases the industry’s “best and brightest young professionals in celebration of their leadership, achievements, and ambition.” “ProRemodeler” profiled Ryan and Housing Solutions, Inc. in its March issue.
At 36 years of age, Ryan has built an award-winning, multi-million-dollar remodeling company in the Hillsborough, Durham, and Chapel Hill residential markets in North Carolina. Housing Solutions, Inc. launched in 2016 with a few employees doing flooring projects. He incorporated the business in January 2017 and expanded into residential remodeling. As homeowners recognized Housing Solutions’ quality of work and professionalism, the business began to grow exponentially. Ryan obtained his general contractor license in North Carolina in 2020 and continued to expand the business, focusing on high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations, whole house renovations, room additions, screened porches, and decks.
Ryan and the Housing Solutions team predict continued growth in 2023. The foundation for that growth was laid in 2022 by expanding construction crews and field management teams, and augmenting office staff with a full-time office manager and an in-house design team utilizing CAD design technology for project implementation and sales and marketing. Ryan’s focus on training and education for all employees is a cornerstone of his success.
