Enhanced Outdoor Living in Durham- Part 2

In a recent outdoor living remodel in Durham, NC, we created an outdoor oasis while adhering to strict guidelines set by the homeowners’ association.  This client values their privacy and was disappointed to learn their homeowners’ association required all fencing remain open. We created a custom 6′ shadow box fence with the shadow box facing the inside to adhere to the guidelines set by the HOA while affording the homeowner their cherished privacy. The addition of the paver patio completes this private oasis.

Kitchen Remodel Durham

Our latest kitchen remodel in Durham included updating cabinets, lighting, flooring, counter tops and backsplash. We started off the project by safely and efficiently demoing the entire old kitchen. We also scraped the popcorn ceilings and smoothed those out. The homeowner wanted to keep her appliances, a great way to save money during a remodel.

Bathroom Remodel Durham

In our latest Durham bathroom remodel, we demolished the existing bathroom including the entire ceiling, and replaced the original popcorn ceiling by installing and painting brand new sheetrock. In addition to the light fixtures over the sink, we added recessed lights, otherwise known as can lights, to supplement the lighting. We also installed large subway tiles throughout the shower tub combo and behind the vanity and toilet.
