In our latest kitchen remodel in Hillsborough, NC, we removed the existing wood cabinets and appliances and upgraded to two-toned shaker-style cabinets that now go up to the ceiling. Changing out the laminate countertops to Level 5 Quartz made quite an impact but the real show-stopper was replacing the outdated peninsula!

As part of a recent whole-house renovation project, we added on a beautiful screened porch to this Durham home. The homeowners wanted an enclosed porch, one they could enjoy for much of the year. We started off by tearing down the existing open deck. This just wasn’t working for the homeowners. The original plan was to reuse the framing underneath but we were unable to do that due to rot that we discovered during demo. So, the decision was made to tear the whole thing down and start fresh. This ensured that the finished porch would be free from decay, built using materials that will last, and sturdy for years to come.

We recently completed a whole-house renovation in Hillsborough for a great client! The home needed updates to the master bathroom as well as the hall bathroom, and a little TLC in the kitchen. As you will see, we coordinated the design in the three separate spaces. The finished product really made a big difference throughout the whole house.

They elected to keep it unfinished and thought for a while about how they wanted to use it. We completed a budget-friendly kitchen remodel for some lovely homeowners in Chapel Hill. The kitchen needed some updating, but we didn’t plan any major changes. On top of coming up with money-saving ideas, while not sacrificing the quality of the project, this renovation was completed in only 3 weeks. We replaced all the stained wood oak cabinets with white Shaker cabinets, complete with soft close drawers. The cabinets included a spice rack and a blind-corner cabinet to the side of the microwave. These small updates add beauty and functionality to this renovation.

Remodeling a bathroom in a historic home involves quite a bit more than our typical renovations. This particular Hillsborough, NC home, built in the 1700s, has been in the family for generations. The last renovation occurred in the 1960’s so we had our work cut out for us. Luckily, Ramses, the UNC mascot, was in the backyard supervising our work along the way!

In our latest master bathroom renovation in Durham, we kept the same footprint but gutted most of the bathroom before starting over fresh. Although we replaced almost every single item, the custom, frameless shower enclosure is the star of this master bathroom renovation.

The deck on this home in Efland was old and ready to be torn down. The homeowners were looking for a brand new screened porch to extend the living space in their home.
